The fourth quarter was a great end to a great year.
We’ve released multi-property logins, refreshed some of your most used pages, and simplified everyday tasks like logging in and exporting payments.
Here are the new features:
Multiple Property Connection (MPC)
You can now connect multiple properties to a single channel account for Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda.
No more workarounds. No more juggling separate configurations to manage multiple properties. Everything can now be managed from a single Sirvoy account.
To support this big update, we’ve added new features and improvements to several Sirvoy pages, including:
- A simpler channel connection process, with a step to enter the channel property ID and set a custom property name
- Improved setup instructions to make it easier to map part types
- An update Channels page displaying the connection name, status, number of mapped part types, and available MPC locations
- The ability to rename properties directly from the mapping page
- The name of your personalized property displayed in each reservation received
Managing multiple properties is now easier, with a clearer design in Sirvoy so you always know which property you’re working with.
Payments page
We cleaned the Payments page to make work easier.
- A clearer layout that matches the rest of Sirvoy and makes transactions easier to digitize
- A new CSV export option for reporting, reconciling or sharing with your accountant
Future
You will soon be able to deactivate payment methods you don’t use and create your own personalized payment methods. This keeps a booking view tidy and aligned with how you actually accept payments.
Reservations view improvements
We’ve continued to improve the booking view page, where many of you spend most of your time.
- An updated historical table for a clearer overview of changes and activities
- An updated promo code section with a clearer presentation
- An improved grouping tool with more flexible multi-selection, with even more improvements coming later this year
- The ability to open the full customer profile directly from the booking page
The functionality remains familiar, but the experience is smoother and easier to use.
Connection improvements
Our login flow has always been secure, but not always smooth. We have redesigned it to maintain the same level of security while making it easier to connect.
- Fix common issues with two-factor authentication
- Improved overall login experience with a cleaner, more intuitive flow

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
