From February 27, all Sirvoy accounts can reach our open beta version. Your comments will help you shape these tools, ensuring that they are built with your needs in mind.
What tools are in the beta version?
These tools are not a complete customer relationship manager (CRM) AgainBut they come up many of the same challenges, which makes your work as a host.
Here are the key tools available now, with others to come soon.
1. Invited profiles and database
Returning guests feel valued when you remember it. But when you manage so many reservations, remembering who is not easy. Now Sirvoy is the fact for you.
Permanent guest profiles are automatically created and updated at each reservation. Even if it’s been years since their last visit, their information and their story are always at hand.
For Starter accountsThese profiles operate in the background, automatically connecting the guests to their reservations. Professional accounts can access and modify profiles directly from the new Guest page.
How it works:
- Automatic profile creation: The guest profiles are created automatically when a reservation is made. If a corresponding profile already exists, Sirvoy links it to the reservation.
- Intelligent identification: The guests are equaled by email or by phone number, not a name – because there are so many John Smith.
- Guest page: The profiles are stored in a database available on the new Guest pagewhere PRO users can display and modify the details of the guests. All accounts can always modify the details of the guests directly in a reservation, as always.
- Existing guests: The profiles were automatically created from your last 7 years old Reservations, so your return guests are already in the system.
Why is it important:
- No more supposition – Return guests are instantly recognized.
- Nothing is lost – guest preferences and important details such as allergies can be saved in their profile and kept available between stays.
2. Guest status

Each guest is different, and Guest status helps you see important details instantly. These simple icons allow you to identify quickly if a guest visits for the first time, is a regular regular or someone you have chosen to block.
Guest status appears in Sirvoy, including Guest page, guest profiles, reservation page and quick reservation view on the calendar.
How it works:
The beta version begins with three guest statutes – two automatically assigned, and one that you attribute to yourself.
- New – automatically assigned to the first guests.
- Back – automatically attributed to repeated visitors.
- Blocked – Assigned by you when blocking an embarrassing guest.
Why is it important:
- Instant ideas – Instantly recognize the return guests or instantly locate, without searching in the reservations.
- Best customer management – Easily recognize loyal customers and report guests from the problem before their arrival.
3. Block annoying guests

Each host occasionally deals with difficult guests, whether they cause disturbances or leave unpaid invoices. With the new Block Characteristic, you can easily prevent these guests from making future reservations on your website or being reserved manually by your staff.
However, Blocked customers can always book through connected channels Like Booking.com or Airbnb, but Sirvoy will immediately alert you whenever this time.
How it works:
- Manual blocking: Mark any invited profile like Blocked By modifying their profile.
- Reservation engine and new reservations: Blocked guests will not be able to book on your booking engine, and your team cannot make reservations for the guest, without unlocking them first.
- Channel booking alerts: If a blocked guest reserves via a connected channel, you will be immediately alerted. Sirvoy highlights the warning on your Dashboard And everywhere else, this guest or reservation appears.
