Facing connectivity challenges
As a resort catering primarily to international guests, Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Spa must ensure smooth operations. However, Sales Manager Betti Puji Sulistiyaningsih shared that they previously experienced connectivity issues when using another channel manager. These ongoing problems prompted the station to look for a more reliable solution.
